I had a chronic pain doctor once tell me instead of pain meds just drink 4-6 drinks and it will help with your pain. I’m like no freaking way. Then I found a great pain management doctor who treated me with low dose pain meds.

I quit drinkin like 24 years ago I drink maybe once a year if I'm lucky. it's a diagnosis which is more than you had in your youth we knew something was wrong we just didn't know what now you know what makes a big difference.
