@dailymailsportusa: Ohio State star quarterback Julian Sayin will be out 'indefinitely' with an injury to his throwing arm, head coach Ryan Day announced. Day refused to put a clear timeline on his star quarterback's recovery however he said the team is preparing to play without him through the rest of the year, including the College Football Playoff. Sayin's replacement will be true freshman Luke Fahey but third string quarterback Tavien St. Clair will also split first team reps in practice this week. Ohio State currently on a bye week before next week's matchup against No.19 USC on October 31st. 'We're going to play the guy that gives us the best chance to win,' Day said. 'Going into the last few games, Luke's been ahead of Tavien in terms of what we've seen, but now that we have a bye week, these guys are both going to get a lot of reps, and we're going to start to put together a plan on how we're going to move forward. We're going to play the guy that gives us the best chance to win.' Sayin was injured in OSU victory against Indiana when he fumbled while getting sacked. #juliansayin #ohiostate #ohiostatefootball #CollegeFootball #osu
