I thought this only happened to us Canadians when you load a load of plates steel it’s outside in the dirt and the rain, but it’s gonna tarp it. I understand maybe salt but in the summer.

every time this has happened to me, it was the broker who didn't have all the information from the customer. cant blame the dispatcher for the brokers error or the customer for failing to include that information. but a polite phone call or two will get the rate adjusted [Like]
