Cooling/ice machine tip as I sit here using mine after my shoulder surgery….. use small frozen water bottles instead of buying ice constantly. Also, a smart plug is nice for on and off so you’re not getting up constantly. I pray Dustin has a speedy recovery. 🙏

I had my right knee tkr done July 28 never took pain pill just Tylenol and tell him to keep moving don’t sit

im surprised theyre using his hamstring and not a cadaver acl... when I had mine done at.. 30ish I was told I was too old to use my hamstring. good luck!

My husband has had the same surgery. It’s because he is a hard worker and used his knees a lot. Tel him to rest so his body can heal its self.
