@user899874308: 🌸🤎 WORSHIP WEDNESDAY — WHEN THE MUSIC STOPS Good morning, Sisters! ☀️ Can I ask you something this morning? What does your worship look like when there’s no music playing? Now, I love a good worship song! I love those moments when the music touches your heart, the words seem to speak directly to you, and before you know it, you’re singing along with tears in your eyes. There’s something beautiful about those moments. But I’ve been thinking lately about what happens when the song ends. When we leave church. When we turn off the radio. When the beautiful music fades and we return to our everyday lives. Does our worship continue? Because Sisters, worship is so much more than the songs we sing. It’s how we treat the cashier who’s having a difficult day. It’s choosing honesty when taking a shortcut would be easier. It’s showing patience when someone is getting on our last nerve. It’s doing something kind without expecting anyone to notice. It’s thanking God for an ordinary Wednesday when nothing extraordinary has happened. And sometimes, it’s simply choosing to do the right thing when nobody is watching. 📖 “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31 KJV I love that Scripture because it reminds me that honoring God isn’t reserved for Sunday mornings. It’s meant to be part of our everyday lives. And I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t always get it right! There are days when my patience runs thin. Days when I get frustrated. Days when my attitude could use a little adjusting. But that’s part of growing in our walk with God, isn’t it? Learning that worship isn’t just about what comes out of our mouths. It’s about what comes out of our hearts and shows up in our actions. We can sing every word of our favorite worship song and still miss an opportunity to show God’s love to someone standing right in front of us. And sometimes the most meaningful act of worship isn’t accompanied by a single note of music. It’s a quiet act of kindness. A sincere apology. A grateful heart. A choice to do what’s right. A life that reflects the One we say we love. 🤎 WEDNESDAY’S CHALLENGE: Today, I want us to worship God without singing a single song. Do something that honors Him. Be intentional about your words. Show grace where it’s needed. Thank Him for something ordinary. And at the end of the day, ask yourself: Did the way I lived today reflect the God I worship? Because Sisters, the music may stop, but our worship doesn’t have to. The most beautiful worship isn’t always something people hear. Sometimes it’s something they see in the way we live.
