Literally had one in my left calf a couple days ago at 4:30am when I tell you I thought I died 🤦♀️🤦♀️that pain is no joke. And then it’s sore for DAYS after and feels like another one is going to come when you walk on it. 😭

mine got so bad i drink a bottle of electrolytes everyday, take 500mg of magnesium glycinate, sleep with compression socks anddd try to prevent them still by stretching my toes to my head not pointed
