✩𝚂𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚞𝚜 𝙱𝚕𝚊𝚌𝚔🐾 :

He spent all that time helping Todd figure everything out, to prepare him for once he leaves, maybe Neil’s always knew believed he was trapped and he just sort of accepted it later on, his last act of opening all the windows in hopes his soul, his spirit after he passes wouldn’t be trapped in the house, he died but he’ll live on in Todd, and Neil’s got to live his dream in a way, he got to act in that play, he was good, really good. Not just in the play, but in life, all he did was be a good son, a good friend, he saw the good and he chased the light, in the end, he couldn’t disobey his dad, he didn’t want to disappoint anyone but he couldn’t carry on breathing while not truly living, he got so close to the light and it consumed him whole. Rest in peace Neil Perry, you would’ve made a amazing actor, hope you’re free as a bird now
