@calicrime: A two-day undercover operation targeting human trafficking and child predators led to nine arrests in Clovis, California, on October 16–17. During the operation, 29-year-old William Vallejo allegedly fled from officers, triggering a five-vehicle crash near Shields and Armstrong avenues in Fresno. Three adults reported pain, and an infant was taken to the hospital as a precaution. Vallejo was apprehended nearby. Authorities also identified Kyle Riechel, 36, of Fresno, as a wanted suspect facing several felony allegations, including contacting a minor with intent to commit a sexual act, arranging to meet a minor for that purpose, evading officers, and violating probation. Multiple human trafficking victims were connected with support services through Breaking the Chains, a local nonprofit assisting survivors. Anyone with information about Riechel’s whereabouts can contact Valley Crime Stoppers anonymously at 559-498-7867. CaliCrime Exclusive — Real Stories.
