I’m convinced Lights Out and Caught Up were written by two totally different authors because there’s NO way 🤦🏽♀️

I will stand on the fact that The Kiss of the Basilisk was one of the worst books I’ve ever read. Annoying FMC, poorly written, both MMC’s pissed me off. Just all around trash. I finished it out of pure spite.

I feel like 95% of "booktok recs" are stories that should've stayed on wattpad or ao3.💀

I DNF den of vipers because the moment the fmc was in that apartment with them she lost all my respect. Why write her in the beginning as a feisty bad girl to then make her weak. Like no

That’s it. I’m writing a novel. Some of the books I’ve read were absolute garbage but people were rating 5 stars. I love writing and if this is the bar, I can definitely do it🤣

im convinced if a dark romance or any romance book is over 300 pages, its straight garbage with no plot aka Kiss of Basilisk and LORDS series lmao

HEAVY on Den of Thieves. There was NO PLOT and the MC got more and more annoying as the story went on. Finishing it was a STRUGGLE
