I did everything my doula recommended me to do, spinning babies, scooting on the floor, all the weird moves and I had my baby in 11 hours!

I‘m a first time mom. For to the Hospital 0cm but regular strong contractions. Got told to take a walk for at least 3h and we could talk about induction in the evening (it was about 11) came back 40mins later, 4cm dilated. Had to wait a little to get into the delivery room, 90mins later my daughter was born. I was a bit overwhelmed that it all happened relatively quickly but I’m glad all the same

My last 2 babies I walked almost daily from the mid second trimester on. My labors were 4 and 5 hours with them. My first 4 babies I had 24+ hour labors. Walking is HUGE. Hopefully my labor this time around will be like the last two!
