@forge.krav.maga: Someone grabs your arm, and their other hand is heading for their waistband. In this drill, the attacker pins your arm while looking to draw a knife. The defender ignores the pin and goes offensive immediately: uppercut, hook, cross (6-3-2), before the knife ever comes into play. Ryan Hoover also covers the pad holder’s side. Pin and catch with the same hand, on the same side, so your partner doesn’t have to wait and you’re less likely to get punched in the face.
