@chefshannonsmith: One of the best ways to “wow” a dish is to slather it with muhammara. It’s a Turkish (and Syrian) sauce most often included on a mezze, but I think it’s so much more! A mixture of roasted red peppers, walnuts, paprika, and pomegranate molasses makes this glorious sauce a perfect accompaniment to veggies, toasted bread, and grilled meats.
