@the.pull.bench: 1984 Donruss Baseball: Chasing Mattingly, Finding Disappointment One pack of 1984 Donruss. Two names on the wish list: Don Mattingly and Darryl Strawberry. The wrapper opens more easily than expected, which raises an eyebrow—but that alone doesn’t prove anything about the pack. Inside, we find Jim Palmer, Frank Viola, Ray Knight, Jesse Orosco and the rest of a pack that doesn’t deliver the cards we were chasing. Great vintage uniforms, a puzzle piece and an honest Pullbench reaction. Would a Jim Palmer pull make this pack worthwhile for you, or are you opening 1984 Donruss strictly for Mattingly? #Pullbench #1984Donruss #BaseballCards #VintageBaseballCards #PackOpening
