Sometimes, you have to let your kid cry it out a little. I’m not talking let them scream bloody murder when they’re in serious distress for 15 minutes. But if they need a few minutes to cry and adjust to not being held, that’s fine.

This is where you need to nicely. Tell them that they could either stay home take care of their own child and pick them up every time that the baby cries or will a experience train daycare provider do what they need to do to help the child develop separation anxiety, as well as learning how to do things on their own like playtime on the floor instead of always in mom‘s arms yes there’s time for loving your child and paying attention to your child but there’s also time to let them develop their selves or another thing would be her nanny or a daycare provider that would just take care of your child and their needs

Try holding a baby while changing another child’s diaper 😬. I try to hold a baby when they cry, but definitely Not all the time

These parents who feel they need to hold their baby all day are just ridiculous. Tummy time and play time are very necessary for the development of a baby. Hold a baby constantly will hinder their developmental growth

You gotta be kidding me there are parents that are this uneducated that they don’t know at certain age their milestones or child should be meeting, and you should be addressing. Are you kidding me put the child down their payment important time where my toddler cried for no reason, I tossed him the box of Kleenex.
