💗 Dolly Parton Never Had Children, But Oh, What a Mother's Heart She Had. 💗 There is something about this story that touches my heart so deeply. Dolly and her beloved husband, Carl Dean, once dreamed of having a little girl. They even had a name chosen for her — Carla. 💕 Sadly, Dolly's battle with endometriosis and the health struggles that followed meant that dream would never become reality. But here's what I find so beautiful about Dolly. She took the love she would have given her own children and poured it into her nieces, nephews, and children all over the world. Her niece Lainey has shared how Dolly made the children in her family feel as though they were her very own. Dolly even supported Lainey's dream of attending beauty school and helped her pursue her career. And here's where this story becomes personal for me. 🥹💗 Last year, Lainey actually cut my daughter Eva's hair at the Tennessee School of Beauty! What a special connection to have, especially now as I continue sharing the stories of a woman who meant so much to me.
