This isn’t an Apple issue as much as the app developer. As a developer myself, Apple didn’t tell us that there were going to be some influencers getting this phone early. Some friends have their apps planned to be updated between tomorrow (Thursday) to next Monday. Others in the software world have said that since we only got Xcode 27.1 (with Duo support) about a month ago, it’ll take some time to get moved up on the backlog to development.

This is an app developer issue, Apple releases a devkit ahead of time for new releases and multiple public betas including the tools for their new devices. Developers are given time to be ready, many aren’t. This was also an issue on iPad for a few years and many apps still don’t have iPad versions, this is in the same lane of that issue. Verdict: give it time. Let developers adjust to the new form factor and aspect ratio. This isn’t really a callout for the duo.

Same happened with iPad 1st gen in 2010 - many apps were not adjusted yet and didn’t fit the screen ratio. Just give it a few months.

THE PART that's horrendous is nothing can be customized! otherwise it would be a wonderful phone the z fold allows me to change sizing and ratios to whatever I want I can do whatever I want. its wild. apple is slefish. they do this on purpose for you to waste money on 58287438 different iphones to get what you want !
