It’s truly insane…HOWEVER, I truly do think that there’s a lot of apathy in this province…he seems to be truly untouchable…Dougie is about as corrupt as they come…but he KNOWS he is untouchable…like the Teflon Don (and not the one currently in office)…which, to answer your question, is why nobody says anything - because even when they say something - he will find a way to get out of it…
