i think i reached a stage much like when you lose all your baby teeth or hit your final growth spurt and no growing or renewal will be done after that ,, and it hurts a lot because i try so hard to continue and grow and change and notice my wrongdoings and communicate and it just feels like an empty promise to myself at this point . It makes me sick that i can’t get close to people because im afraid of hurting them like i did everyone else
