hey there's something on Amazon called propectalin an antidiarrheal that may help prevent dehydration. always check with a vet but I've never had one say it was a bad idea. also certain sports drinks are ok for dogs in small amounts diluted with water as long as they don't contain xylitol or you can buy and unflavored powder electrolyte
