I bring instant potatoes too, but just the packet. You can pour a little bit of the flakes into a hot cup. The flat packet doesn’t take up nearly as space as the cups of instant potatoes and you get several servings from one package- I just pulled over the top and secure it with a binder clip.

Yes… coming from someone who meal preps so they don’t have to eat out on layovers, it can get tiring. Especially trying to figure out what I want to make for my trips because if I eat the same thing all the time I get sick of it haha!!
