I usually take the 0% yogurt with 15g of protein chocolate oats. It changes completely the flavor if you like chocolate and it doesnt have more than 40-50 calories! Be strong, beautiful

Make a list of things worth living for/you want to experience in this lifetime. I refuse to believe that we don’t get a happy ending, this suffering can’t be for no reason. I know how hard it is but we have to create a beautiful life for ourselves. We have to choose what life we want to live and act accordingly to it. Also surround yourself with people who make you feel good, surround yourself with kindness and experience that there is more to life. The darkness and senselessness is all in our head and we have to fight it actively
