I’m Indian. You know how everyone raves about London having the best Indian food. Everything was so mild. We even asked for it to be spicy pointing out we’re Indian and can handle it. It wasn’t spicy.

EGREGIOUS 😭 Often times, unfortunately, food is catered to fit the local area palate in a lot of places. Euro palates are bland af, so is middle-America, so the flavors mirror that. I love living in LA!

I tried Pho in Strasbourg. It would’ve took 10 mins to get it out on the table in US. They made it like fine dining, which took 30 mins to bring out. I also had to go Pho in Budapest and that was fast, but underwhelming.

Omgggg me and my husband went there! He was flabbergasted when they served us Pho without a soup spoon.. just a regular small silver spoon 😂 but she’s 100% on the rating
