Soap MacTavish has never met a conversation he couldn’t make significantly less respectable. For the Call of Duty fans, Soap MacTavish enthusiasts, Task Force 141 readers, and everyone who loves flirty banter delivered with entirely too much confidence: welcome home. This one is for the people who like their reader-insert romance playful, their character writing expressive, and their fictional Scotsmen completely incapable of behaving normally in front of an audience. “Woof” is a short, comedic Soap scenario built around character-driven dialogue, team banter, interactive storytelling, and that very specific flavor of romance where one look across the room says substantially more than it should. Nothing heavy. Nothing complicated. Just John “Soap” MacTavish being charming, ridiculous, and far too pleased with himself while everyone around him quietly reevaluates their life choices. I’ve been a little quieter here lately, but I am still writing constantly and somehow, we are already approaching 3.5 MILLION interactions with my work. That number is genuinely WILD. Every reader, request, comment, shared joke, and person who has trusted one of my stories with a little piece of their day has helped build this Hive and I appreciate you more than I know how to explain. And because apparently I looked at 3.5 million and decided I needed another enormous project: if we make it to 5 million interactions, I’m thinking it may finally be time to officially launch my AO3 for longer-form Call of Duty fanfiction, complete stories, expanded scenes, reader-insert romance, and all the ideas that deserve more room to breathe. 👀 I may occasionally disappear from TikTok but I never actually stop creating. Patreon members also have access to my Discord and writing requests and, respectfully, I never shut up in there.
