I had a process where i sent in the CV, did the online application, had a referral from someone in the company, had to do 4 interviews, even interviewed by the CEO. Had to do a task which took me 2 weeks and I had to submit that online and I never heard back from them. I said it to the person I know in the company and they couldn't get over it cus they were so short staffed. Eventually they got back to me with an offer and it was laughable

My son just went to an interview a month after he applied just to be told we dint have any open positions at this time. Then why tf are you having interviews?
