Memory problem. Here’s a way to remember it. Spell their name out loud and ask if that’s right. It’s suprising how many ways there are to spell even the simplest name like Ann. I can think of three off the top of my head: Ann, Anne, and Ayn. Try to get the wrong spelling. If they’re old, pick Ayn. If they’re young, pick Ann. They will tell you how to spell it and how they came to have that name. You won’t ever forget that name again.
