I came from a broken soul, an empty heart, and eyes that were desperately trying to find happiness again. There was a time when i was almost 68kg and people had so much to say about it. What they didn’t know was that i was going through something privately, fighting battles i didn’t even know how to explain. I used to wonder, what does life actually feel like when you’re genuinely happy? To wake up without feeling so heavy inside, to laugh without forcing it, and to live without feeling like you’re just existing? Finding myself was never easy. It took countless tears, painful truths, and so much courage to accept the reality of my life. Along the way, i discovered betrayal, disappointment, and things that changed the way i saw the world. There were moments when i felt so lost that i didn’t even recognise myself anymore. I was trying to understand my own feelings while learning to accept things i couldn’t change. In fact, im still surviving. Slowly i learned, that not every battle is visible to the people around us. Maybe that’s why when someone says i’m privileged, it hurts in ways i can’t fully explain. Not because i don’t acknowledge the blessings Allah has given me, but because people see where you are today without knowing what it took for you to get here. And i dont blame them They see the person you’ve become, but they don’t know the person you had to fight to become Saya je tahu how it feels to be in here, alive. Saya je tahu berapa banyak kali saya cuba cari diri sendiri, even when i didn’t know where to begin anymore. Maybe that’s why i’ve learned to be gentler with people. Because i know what it feels like to be judged when you’re already struggling. We never truly know what someone has survived before they became the person standing in front of us today. Sometimes, the person who laughs the loudest is the one who cries when nobody is around. Sometimes, the person who seems to have everything is still healing from things they never talk about. Not every wound is visible, and not every struggle needs to be explained to deserve compassion. To anyone silently fighting their own battles..please know that your current chapter isn’t the ending of your story ^.^ Take your time and cry if you need to. Rest if you’re tired. Start again even if all you can manage today is getting through the day. And through everything, i’m learning to return to Allah. There were tears nobody witnessed, but Allah knew. Even when i couldn’t put my feelings into words, Allah knew what was inside my heart. I’m still learning, still healing, and still finding pieces of myself along the way. I don’t have everything figured out, but i’m grateful to Allah for bringing me this far. May Allah heal the parts of us that we never speak about, ease the struggles we carry in silence, and grant peace to every heart that’s tired of fighting And maybe that’s enough. Alhamdulillah ya Allah, for how far i’ve come
