My dad is a Mexican uncle Phil. He took in my mom's sister's kids and (2 boys 2 girls) he never made them feel uncomfortable, made sure they ate and had shelter every day. He was never without a shirt around the girls. He stuck up for my cousin Santiago (tre) when he had an abusive principal put hands on him. He went to that school and chased the principal around his desk. Asking him: "how does it feel to be chased by a grown man?" They're all in their 40s now and still ask for my Dad. Thank you, pops! 💪🏽
