I’m not making a comment on whether migrants are good or bad just responding to statement “not a lot of migrants are coming to France and that has been the case for 10 years. According to Insee data, France registers more than 300,000 new immigrant arrivals every single year (e.g., 347,000 in 2023; 313,000 in 2024). In total volume, the UN and Insee figures show that France is home to roughly 9.2 to 9.6 million foreign-born residents, making it the second-largest immigrant population in Europe. By any standard demographic measure, hundreds of thousands of people moving to a country annually is considered a "large" absolute number, making "not a lot" factually misleading
