43 multiple relationships...just left a horrible relationship of 4 years . This is my life cycle with men. Staying single is what I have decided to do. I'm exhausted from begging for a normal loving mutual respect relationship.

After 50 years of being that person who tried so hard to convince my siblings that I finally went no contact with them. It wasn’t an easy decision but I did it for my own self esteem and worth.❤️

It took me to the age 50 to realize that it was better to just walk away from everyone that hurt me. Unfortunately it was my whole family. I just did it this year and I must say it feels better to breathe easier rather than thinking I have to please everyone. I only have 6 people left in my whole life. My 3 kids, my 2 granddaughters and my man. No friends no family and I’m finally okay with that.

Run, run towards all your dreams and goals as far away as possible. Some one out there is waiting for your embrace.

At age 53, I finally started walking away, hanging up the phone, etc. on jerks. It's not illegal, immoral, and any workplace that might fire you, ain't worth it.

Depends on the type of childhood trauma. With complex child hood trauma, you would be correct
