Where I work, I get stuff like this. All the time as to why they don't get things that are automatically sent via an automative system. People do not know how to conduct themselves anymore.

It’s because you’re a female in a male dominated field. Some men don’t want to hear anything from a women. I hate playing telephone with info about repairs: “so and so asked me to call for an appointment, all they told me was it’s leaking”. Then have that person call and let us know what’s going on.
