@pinklemonstudio: 🍋 POLE FAQ: Are private pole sessions worth it? 💗 We get questions about private lessons at Pink Lemon Studio, so let’s talk about it! 👀✨ 💗 What is a private session? A private session is one-on-one time with an instructor, focused on YOUR goals, YOUR progress, and the skills YOU want to work on. No group class, no pressure to keep up with anyone else. 💗 Do I need experience to book a private? Absolutely not! Private sessions can be great for complete beginners who want a little extra guidance, as well as experienced students working toward specific skills. 💗 What if I’m struggling with a certain move? This is one of the best reasons to book a private! Your instructor can break down the movement, identify what you need to work on, and help you find drills and exercises that support your progress. 💗 Can private lessons help me progress faster? They can! You get personalized feedback and more focused practice time. Private sessions can complement your regular classes, especially when you’re working toward a specific goal. 💗 Do I have to be a current student? No! Private sessions are an option whether you’re brand new to pole or already taking classes and want extra support. 💗 How much do private sessions cost? ✨ 60 minutes: $85 ✨ 90 minutes: $55 ✨ 5 Lesson Packages are also available! 💗 What can I work on during a private? Think foundational skills, strength, spins, climbs, inverts, transitions, flexibility, or troubleshooting a move you just can’t seem to get. Your session can be tailored to your goals and experience level. 🍋 Your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Sometimes a little individualized attention can help you connect the dots, build confidence, and approach your next goal with a better plan.
