When I was on the job in the police department — a store called in shoplifting. It was a dark skinned mother stealing diapers and formula for her new baby. My partner and I paid for her items, bought her extra, and scolded the store owner who wanted her thrown in jail and told him to call ME if there’s a mom stealing to feed her child. My partner even bought her a stroller car seat combo the following day. I didn’t eat for a few days at work to help afford what she needed but it was worth it.

Even if they had stolen diapers, the punishment for that is not death. At most it’s a fine. Certainly not death of a child. It’s disgusting and appalling.

I don't care what happens when or where it happens, a child, especially a baby, should never have to pay the eternal price of their life being taken. I will forever scream from the rooftops that children haven't even lived a life yet. but they will keep taking the children's lives because there is no one to stop them from doing so.
