@frogster.creative: Hello 👋 my new piece: Fragmented Ruby Acrylic and oil pastel on canvas A ruby isn't born brilliant. It's cut into facets, and each one catches the light differently. People call me Ruby, and this painting is built the same way. Red, blue, black and silver are layered and scraped into planes that never quite agree. Some are dense and worked over, others thin and raw. My passion for painting has never been one clean surface, but a set of facets: the days it blazes, the days it's dark, the days I only scratch a few white marks into the corner to prove I turned up. The dashed border holds the pieces in one frame. Fragmented, yes, but a stone that's cut apart is exactly what lets it shine. #fineart #abstractartwork #fineartistprocess #fineartist #artworld
