Bridges, who joined Kohen’s father Daveon Williams and other grieving families in St. Paul for the March for Stolen lives, said the officers responding to a shoplifting call over an alleged diaper theft were informed three times that there was a baby present before Foster opened fire, including when Kohen’s mother Vellesiya Wiley held the boy up to show him to police. No charges have been filed against Vellesiya Wiley or the driver of the vehicle, who was also injured in the shooting. Demands for the release of police and surveillance video are growing across the US, after Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch's office announced Monday it had determined Foster's use of force was justified — meaning he will not face criminal charges for killing the baby.

I'm so angry! I'm from Iceland and has been following this since this happend. By that ruling the state has just shown how extremely racist they are and how biased the system is. This was justified because they thought they possibly stole diapers! Things need to change, America has never been great but it's time they atleast try to be.

So y’all im black myself and I worked in loss prevention for years and still do lol so PLEASE listen…. You don’t run if you’re innocent lol, The boy who told the cops they’re running obviously just stopped them at the door prior (running because they don’t have a receipt for unpaid items they stole). Where WALMART fucked up BIG time (and the family will reap those benefits thank god) is the lack of communication and being proactive to avoid situations like this (They’re literally trained to be proactive and not let things escalate). This is SOLEY on the GIRL with the construction vest who is on the cameras who repeats “they’re running?” like she’s not on cameras smh and I will tell you why. 1. Instead of having all the cops in the office with you chatting it up, you should be proactive and have ATLEAST one cop outside on the left or right to avoid them trying to run. 2. The cops clearly said they had no knowledge of a baby, which means the girl failed to communicate that while she is the main line of communication due to being on the cameras… So with the cops going to stop the subjects in the blind with no knowledge of the baby, we are forgetting that if you try to run over an officer (like she did) you would know that their protocol is to shoot because its another charge for trying to run him over.. had the cops knew though they won’t shoot if a babys in the car thats why they sound so sick in the video about not knowing about a baby. 🫡
