@techniahqrobot: Unitree just introduced the H2-X Kung Fu Legend Guardian. And this humanoid is built for some serious physical demonstrations. The video shows it throwing punches and kicks, performing acrobatic moves, jumping from a platform marked 4 meters high, and landing back on its feet. It also features staged security and rescue scenes, including an attempt to lift the front of a car. Unitree claims up to 8 hours of endurance. What caught my attention is the combination of dynamic movement and impact. Landing after a high jump requires the robot to manage its momentum, absorb forces and regain balance. But there are still unanswered questions. Unitree has not confirmed whether these actions were autonomous, remotely controlled or choreographed. A robot performing a kung fu routine is one thing. Detecting a real threat and protecting someone safely is a much harder task. Would you trust a humanoid robot as a personal bodyguard? #Unitree #H2X #HumanoidRobots #Robotics #PhysicalAI
