Emeline Crpntr :
le riz ne se garde pas, il y a énormément de micro-organismes pathogènes qui s'y développent dès le refroidissement et ils peuvent être dangereux au bout de quelques heures. Le riz doit-etre cuit pour être consommé d'emblée 😇

most people focus on what they put in their body. but the fabrics we wear daily (on our skin, near our lungs, wrapped around our lymphatic system) matter just as much. I started becoming more aware of the fabrics I was wearing. first it was the impact on my health, then the environment. my closet cull + detox happened in phases. spurts of it would hit after learning something new about synthetics, microplastics, or how polyester can disrupt the skin barrier and affect the body. I discovered mold in my closet after a cyclone in my city and developed persistent allergy symptoms. this triggered a sprint of letting go. my intention to pair down and declutter led me back to the minimalists. I re-watched my favourite TED talk by them, watched their documentaries and started listening to their podcast. I saw my wardrobe, and everything I owned, with fresh eyes. not just what I wore, but how much I was holding onto, and why. for the last 3–4 months, I’ve been ruthlessly decluttering my entire home. every drawer, cupboard, basket. donating, selling and giving away. inspired by minimal living—but that’s for another post. clothes were a challenge at first, but as I strengthened my detachment muscle, it became much easier. activewear was the last category to change. I held onto my flattering, plastic-laden scrunch bum tights and sports bras because I didn’t think I’d find anything better. but once I found brands I loved—like @INDIGO LUNA STORE @TALA the switch was easy. breathable, low-tox, soft on the skin, aligned with how I want to feel. and now I don’t just choose natural fibers— I look for slow production, small batches, and organic pieces where I can. this is about more than clothes. it’s about supporting my body, energy, and environment. on every level. how about you? have you looked at your closet through this lens? #lowtoxlife #closetdetox #minimaliststyle #naturalwardrobe #intentionalliving #holisticstyle
