Sweet potatoes: Dice, coat in olive oil (butter optional) & bake at 425°F for 20–25 mins. Salmon: Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika & lemon juice. Melt butter, add minced garlic & sear salmon. Remove salmon, add Mike’s Hot Honey, soy sauce & red pepper flakes.
