@margueritecrespillo: Don't be haunted by rent. 👻 At eXpcon, eXp CEO Leo Pareja shared that renting a median priced home costs about $24K a year, while a buyer builds about $13K in equity in year one. Here's the local version. Zillow shows the average asking rent in Lincoln at $2,950 a month (as of October 12, 2026). That's about $35,400 a year. In Roseville it's $2,650, about $31,800 a year. Buying isn't right for everyone, and a mortgage payment is often higher than rent. But every renter deserves to see both sides of the math. Want me to run the numbers for your situation?
