I love e bikes.But like everything else, parents need to lay down the rules and laws. You have to teach kids. If you know their doing crap and still let them ride...ITS IN THE PARENTS

It’s sad to know that their child’s life is worth only 6 years of imprisonment! Imagine if someone else had run him over or hit him? These parents would probably seek life imprisonment for that driver!
