The conference he had recently when he snapped at people to wait, stop talking, saying people were rude - a lot of what I saw there looked a lot like dementia. The flash of intense, unfocused anger with no filter. Plus the recent wandering off on his way to a car, or helicopter, waving and saluting to nobody.

I used to work on a dementia ward and let me tell you so many male patients became severely sexually inappropriate the further cognitive decline they experienced
