hey, tips from a cat mom: hold them upside down and don't put the syringe in their mouth, put the tip of the syringe in the corner of their mouth (enough for it to be in but not enough to bother them) and slowly push the medication in, it's waaay easier and less of a mess, I hope you see this in time 🥹✨

hold their mouth closed until you watch them swallow, and also find the gap in the side of their mouth to put it in so less goes on their tongue near the front of the mouth, it'll decrease how much they flick away with their tongue
