@therealadrianvale: Two books, years in the making, and they're finally here! 📚 My first book is about communication. It grew out of my years as a civil servant, where I travelled, visited different cultures, and saw up close how differently people express themselves, listen, and understand one another. Those experiences taught me that good communication isn't just about words. It's about patience, curiosity, and respect, and I wanted to share what I learned. My second book is about grief, and it comes from a much more personal place. I lost someone dear to me, and for a long time I found it hard to move on. Eventually, I did. When I looked back at what carried me through, I realised I had methods worth sharing with others walking the same road.
