@ian.douglas.m: Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is getting closer to opening in Palatine, IL! Construction is progressing on the new restaurant along Rand Road, near Dundee Road, with the building’s exterior largely complete and crews continuing work on the surrounding parking lot, landscaping, and site improvements. The new location at 1597 N. Rand Road will feature a drive thru and bring Hawaiian Bros’ popular island inspired plate lunches to the northwest suburbs. The menu includes Huli Huli Chicken, Honolulu Chicken, seasoned rice, macaroni salad, and other Hawaiian inspired favorites. An official opening date has not yet been confirmed, but the latest construction progress suggests the restaurant is moving closer to welcoming customers.
