@jonathancalixtotv: VICTIM IDENTIFIED: Police say 46-year-old Koran Irvine from Rockland County was the man found on the George Washington Bridge with a gunshot wound on Tuesday. Loved ones tell News 12 Irvine was a Con Edison worker and was on his way home from a 12-hr shift when he became a victim of an apparent road rage incident that went too far. We’re told he leaves behind two kids and a wife. #georgewashingtonbridge #KoranIrvine #breakingnews
