it's also crazy because it's so obvious that the only point is to torture the prisoners. if the government was legitimately interested in studying medical detransition they just have to ask people who have voluntarily done so. i temporarily stopped hormones for 5 years (due to finances) and i shared what i learned with other members of the community. like... just ask us???
