@the.anywherenurse: I know it’s easy to blame external factors and play the victim when all you get are rejections. Been there! But it was because I wasn’t doing a darn thing to change my approach. So what happened? After TWO YEARS, I eventually I got extremely lucky and landed my first remote nursing role at a company that was local to me. They required in office training which significantly limited the candidate pool size. I’ve been in the remote nursing world for 7 years now, spent time in leadership, reviewed real resumes as a hiring supervisor, and have interviewed candidates. The size of these candidate pools you guys 😵💫🤯. And unfortunately that’s out of your control. SO 👏 CONTROL 👏 WHAT 👏 YOU 👏 CAN! THE STRATEGY ⭐️💻 Choose roles that your experience supports. Revise your resume so it targets them. Prioritize applying on company career sites. I know it’s HARD, but it’s not that deep. The world isn’t against you. You can get in with the right strategy and consistently applying. There’s a link in my bio if you’re looking for shortcuts and more step by step instruction on each piece! #remotenurse #remotenursing #softnurse #wfhnurse
