@sarahhall2016: If it was up to him this is what we would do all day while the big kids are at school. Nathan is just a 3 year old little boy. 😂 He doesn’t want to be treated like he’s fragile. He wants to do the wild things, get into trouble, keep up with his siblings, and do all the things little boys do. Cerebral palsy doesn’t change the fact that he’s a kid with a big personality and absolutely no desire to sit still! Follow these steps to get a clear, transparent broth full of "homecooked flavor." 🥩Nutritious Broth Ingredients 1.5 kg fresh beef (at the butcher, get a bone-in beef shank for rich texture; and a bone- rib for flavor). 1 large white onion, whole. 1 large head of garlic, washed and halved lengthwise (with skin on). 3 ears of corn, husked,, and cut into thick segments. 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into medium chunks. 4 white potatoes, washed and quartered. 3 young zucchinis, cut into rounds. 1/4 head of cabbage, cut into large chunks. 1 large handful of fresh cilantro, washed. Coarse salt, to taste. 🧑‍🍳Detailed InstructionsStep 1: Clean the meat: In your largest pot, add all the beef, the whole onion, the halved head of garlic, and a large handful of coarse salt. Pay close attention: as it starts boil, a layer of dark, gray foam will rise to the surface. Repeatedly skim off and discard this foam with a spoon.
