My husband and his previous wife dirvorced throug Islamic dirvoce in 19 yeas ago now my husband is applying for a uk spouse visa for me five months after visa application the home office requested the decree absolute process at court for that previous marriage and ukvi has put visa application on hold could this cause a refusal event after the final order is issued in 2027
