Realm of the Elderlings is simultaneously the best and worst thing I’ve ever read. It is the coziest thing in the world to me because the characters feel like home. Fitz and Beloved and Nighteyes exude a sense of belonging and wholeness that translates to the reader. But it has also made me cry an innumerable amount of times. And I hate it for how much I love it because I just can’t stop rereading

The dragonbone chair has gotten me out of my 3 month long slump after finishing relm of the elderlings! sooo happy the books are long. And I feel the same way about it being cozy 😊. I picked it up because you recommended it!

LOTR is the one that springs to mind for me. Sure, the characters may be facing a war against an almost god-like enemy and the Nazgul were almost certainly from a nightmare, but it's such a cosy read!
