@nbcchicago: The cafeteria at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center had its license suspended after city inspectors found more than 200 live cockroaches throughout food preparation and storage areas, along with black slime dripping onto ice intended for consumption, according to inspection records and Chicago health officials. Inspectors reported cockroaches in multiple areas, including the main and rear food preparation areas, the grill and deep fryer, dry storage spaces and the main dish room. The inspection also documented black slime inside an ice machine, grease buildup, leaking plumbing and previously cited sanitation violations that had not been corrected. #chicago #lakeview #hospital #health
